Ladies Group Training
Specialized groups for women who are looking for an environment they can work out in, with friends in a safe and welcoming environment.
These group training sessions are a great way to help YOU with the struggles of weight-loss, building & toning muscle, as well as building up your fitness levels.
The class has a combination of general fitness drills, combined with boxing techniques and exercises as well as weight training. Every class is different- so you will never get bored of your workout.
These sessions run every Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:30am - 10:30am.
